Terms & Conditions

Our service. Kirsty’s Tuition provides online tutoring, matching students with vetted, self-employed tutors for one-to-one, small group, and course-based lessons.

Free trial. New students receive one free trial lesson with their matched tutor. There is no obligation to continue after the trial.

Booking & cancellation. Lessons are booked directly with your tutor or through Kirsty’s Tuition. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson; late cancellations may be chargeable.

Payment. Pricing is agreed before lessons begin and may vary by tutor, subject, and lesson format. Sibling and block-booking discounts are applied as agreed at the time of booking.

Conduct. We ask all students and parents/guardians to treat tutors with respect. Kirsty’s Tuition reserves the right to end a tutoring arrangement if this isn’t upheld.

Liability. While every tutor is vetted and DBS-checked, Kirsty’s Tuition acts as an agent connecting students with independent tutors and cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes.

Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page.
